impossible to assemble

The "easy assembly" claim is infuriating. The bolts won't even go into the seat to attach it. The plastic piece is supposed to fit flush to the seat so you can screw it in but it doesn't so the bolt can't even reach the hole it is supposed to go into.

I love my new chair the seat is so nicely padded.it moves around with ease great height adjustment arms are great . was fairly easy to put together because I have RA it was a little hard for me to attach the arms but after a couple of tries it was done..Love everything about it..
