The chair is basic and comfortable. I purchased 10 of these chairs. The assembly is tricky - it is hard to line up the arms of the chair to the seat. Follow the directions step-by-step and it will eventually assemble perfectly.

impossible to assemble

The "easy assembly" claim is infuriating. The bolts won't even go into the seat to attach it. The plastic piece is supposed to fit flush to the seat so you can screw it in but it doesn't so the bolt can't even reach the hole it is supposed to go into.
