good value but very hard to assemble

it took me an hour and a half to assemble this including at least two start-overs. It was not intuitive how the chair seat attaches to the back. However, once assembled, it is comfortable and fits my desk.

Good value- possible troublesome build

Good value, but if your holes don't line up quite right you may have to screw in some and then try to screw in others pressing on the seat or bars for alignment to happen. What should have taken less than 30 minutes, took double that. I have another that took about 30 minutes.

We bought this comfortable chair at a great price. However, the downside was the assembly. My husband and I spent 2 hours putting it together. The directions were pretty straight forward, but trying to get the pieces to fit together as designed was difficult. If you don't have 2 people to assemble it, I would recommend you pay Staples to do it. I would have rated this a 5 if not for the difficult assembly.

Nice and comfortable! The arms are great because they fold back! Only necessary change or issue are the wheels. They don’t roll easy with anyone sitting on the chair. Very difficult.
