I had the more expensive dexley one and the mesh on the bottom was hurting my back. This one has a pad on the bottom that is firm but comfortable, so it should last a long time . I like that it has the mesh in the back and the way it makes me sit upright is perfect. You can swing back, but not as much but that's ok cause really this is a task chair to make sure when your typing and doing front in front of your desk you are sitting correctly and comfortably. I can't believe for $50 what a deal and value this is compared all the other expensive chairs Staples has. The only down side is that the side arm rests are not adjustable, but if you have a sit/stand desk and the up/down seat heigh lever, you can accommodate it so the arms don't hit the desk when rolling underneath.
I was in need of a simple but comfortable office chair and happened to see this one displayed and on sale at Staples on my way out from making another purchase. It's basic, no frills, won't fly me to the moon but not interested in going there anyway. Adjustable in height only but nice comfortable seat and good back support. Gets the job done!
