Replaced the old chairs around the table. New chairs on back right. After assembly of the first chair it became easy. Don’t tighten screws till all are started. Directions state this.

To my surprise the seat cushion of chair is pretty hard. When I tested it in store it felt comfortable but I had jeans and a coat on. Maybe after a while it will become softer.
