The chair is comfortable and met expectations and also was well-priced on sale. I took a star off due to an assembly issue. Although the pictoral instructions are pretty clear more than half of the 90 minutes it took me to complete the assembly was spent messing with fastening the armrests to the seat bottom; only two of the eight fasteners went in easily and it was impossible to visually "spot" the remaining threaded holes. The plastic arms had to be held with force to line up properly (I used a big clamp a tool perhaps not found in everyone's household) and those fasteners should be 1/4" longer with radiused leads if possible to ease locating and starting them "blind" in their threaded holes. I completed this assembly myself; an extra pair of hands may have been helpful. FYi: All the fasteners are US 1/4-20 not Metric; lengths vary but if I were doing this again again I'd go buy longer fasteners from my well-stocked local hardware store first. Tools I used in addition to the supplied wrench were a headlamp the above-mentioned big clamp (with a piece of scrap wood to protect the fabric) and a magnet (used to retrieve fastenere and try again a couple dozen times). Also heed the tip regarding using the box as an assembly aid. I'm glad to have saved assembly cost but DIY buyers should note this ahead of some considerable aggravation. That said the new chair is a big improvement over my previous office chair.
Very regretting bought it the quality is horrible i will never recommend it to anyone to buy that chair extremely horrible quality material that chair made of It’s a big zero for me 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
too stiff for my body seat is very flat... you get what you pay for here only has height adjustment no ability to angle back so I feel almost like I'm tipped too far forward.
I bought this chair on sale for 49.95 and for the price it is hard to beat. Well made and very comfy. However assembly of the arms to the seat and back rest was unnerving. If you do not have patience have Staples assemble it for you. Reason: the holes in the arms do not line up very well with the mounting threads. It appeared to me the arms were not bent at the correct angle to lay flush with the seat for mounting. Once together and a few swear words it turned out great.
Great all around the only thing and it is a small thing was attaching the arms to the chair. The bolts were a little short and had to remove the lock washer and then everything was fine. Other that that it is fine and if I needed another chair I would purchase another one.
