It was easy to assemble I bought two the first one took about 30 min the second one went faster - took about 15. Everything is well-labeled and the design is such that you have some leeway to screw the bolts in it doesn't have to be perfectly aligned. When I sat in them it felt good but it was only a couple min. I don't use these chairs myself - they are for occasional use by family members so I don't have a review for how they feel. Time will tell how they hold up but for what I paid for them I can't imagine I could do better elsewhere.

It took my husband and I over an hour to assemble (and we are really smart)! Many new ways of cursing were discovered. Bottom line do not over tighten (as per instructions) when putting together: barely turn the bolts (1/2 a turn) until they JUST catch. After it is all together tighten up with the allen wrench. We loosely tightened as we went and the seat would not go on (you'll see). Bottom line: it's a great chair very comfortable but we wished we had paid to have it assembled. :-)

too stiff for my body seat is very flat... you get what you pay for here only has height adjustment no ability to angle back so I feel almost like I'm tipped too far forward.

Comfortable and secure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chair replaced my older non rolling chair. I was surprised the 5 point wheel holder (the base) is made of metal and not plastic. The mesh back is really a different experience vs. Leather backed chairs. My back doesn't get hot and hold onto perspiration. Its supportive doesn't feel like you will fall out the back. Being just over 6ft I did find the back just a smudge on the short side but the chair isn't designed to be a full back so that really my problem. Otherwise the chair feels solid the seat is thick closer to firm than soft and rolls butter smooth great for sitting at my desk extention periods of time if needed.
