impossible to assemble

The "easy assembly" claim is infuriating. The bolts won't even go into the seat to attach it. The plastic piece is supposed to fit flush to the seat so you can screw it in but it doesn't so the bolt can't even reach the hole it is supposed to go into.

Just perfect. I had my old computer chair forever and the material was starting to rip and fall off. I looked at the options Staples had and found this chair would be great for my needs. I love the back with its air flow and the seat cushion is thick and soft. While it is not as wide as my old chair it fits. It came all in one box with clear instructions and pictures on how to put together. I loved that the screws where in little pouches and labeled. It was easy to find the right ones when I was ready for them. I had a hard time putting the handles onto the seat but finally got the holes lined up and the screws went in nicely. I would Definitely Recommend.

2 years ago I sprung for a $500 office chair that felt comfortable at the time. It would get much use so I could justify the purchase. It was on sale. Fit my very specific measurements for a small space. Seemed ideal. After about a year I began to notice hip pain likely the result of the internal wear of that high end chair. Went to Staples looking for a replacement. Tried a wide range of chairs. The Goldilocks story could go here. Some were too big or too small. Too stiff or too soft. This one was just right. And inexpensive. If it doesn’t make it two years I will regret adding it to a landfill but nothing else. It’s more comfortable quiet and lighter weight than the chair it’s replacing. Great buy if you’re consider it.

Great all around the only thing and it is a small thing was attaching the arms to the chair. The bolts were a little short and had to remove the lock washer and then everything was fine. Other that that it is fine and if I needed another chair I would purchase another one.
