So far I haven’t had it fall apart but if I didn’t like it in store I wouldn’t have bought it. Assembly was fairly easy and the store assistant helped me understand how to set up the warranty I purchased with the chair. It rolls easy and slides under my desk fine. In all fairness with my 3-year warranty I don’t think there was any better option out there.

My chair came with a manufacturing defect that kept the right arm from being the right shape to attach to the back completely (left arm was fine) but I had the handyman here that day to put it together so I didn't want to send it back and have to have him come again - it's still usable but not ideal.
