Screw shafts where armrests connect to back rest did not quite align and that complicated assembly which required considerable force and skillful coordination. I finally succeeded after much trial and failure. Otherwise chair met expectations.

I love the chair. It's very comfortable and gives me great support for my back. It's a decent chair for the price. However putting it together was extremely frustrating. None of the holes lined up exactly so I had to keep adjusting the arms and the seat and I had to literally force some of the screws in the holes because they wouldn't catch to screw in. Maybe Staples needs to go back to their distributor and ask for a better quality control. Other than that it's a good chair.
