My chair came with a manufacturing defect that kept the right arm from being the right shape to attach to the back completely (left arm was fine) but I had the handyman here that day to put it together so I didn't want to send it back and have to have him come again - it's still usable but not ideal.

The last 2 screws for the seat are impossible to screw into the chairback. You need insane strength to push the pieces together to get the screw to catch to screw in properly. Waste of money!!!

Seat itself is comfortable but the arms of the chair have left bruises on my thighs. You can only sit straight forward can not really move much or the arm digs in to your leg.
