The assembly was straightforward and simple.
The comfort is amazing! I purchased it for a multi-user desk, to replace an old Staples task chair with severely-worn upholstery. Now, however, I'm going to switch it to MY desk.

This chair is very comfortable.
Assembly is not great though. We've put 2 together and both had an issue with the arms going on the chair back. They don't have the pieces cut properly to fit together.

Nice chair but hard to assemble

Really nice chair but a P.I.T.A. to assemble, took me 2 hours to put together. Not sure if the holes placements are odd or needed different type of screws. Really agitated my carpal tunnel. After all that I am satisfied especially since I got it on sale.

Great Chair but HARD to Assemble

This is a great chair once you can get it together. The instructions are clear, it is comfortable to sit in, but it took 2 of us pushing & pulling as hard as we could to align the screws and put two of the sections together. (This would be attaching the bottom of the 2 arms, to the bottom of the chair) Everything else went together easily. Do not buy this chair if you have to put this together by yourself. It would be impossible.
