Only 1 star because 20 cheaper in store and I had wanted to buy another. Yes, it was difficult to assemble the chair back even with the instructions to put on the box in which it came. Laying on side worked or have another person for a few seconds to line up holes. Otherwise very ergonomic and comfortable chair if in the 5ft5in range.
