I am very upset by your return policy. I had made my purchase the week before. It should have been recorded on my Reward card number. When I couldn't find the receipt and tried to return 2 items i was only going to get $5 back (on a gift card) for something I paid $15 for. The clerk told me that because I didn't have my receipt he could not give me anything more than that. STOP. When I got home Staples had emailed me a receipt from that purchase. I was disgusted by the circumstance so I found the receipt and took the items back again with the receipt. WHY if I was sent a copy of my purchase via email for that day couldn't the clerk look up the previous weeks purchases and seen the 2 items I puchased and given me the "correct" amount back in credit. What is going on? I presented my rewards account number on both occasions. Seems to me he could have checked out how much i really paid. --Laura Date

I print the weekly bulletin for a church and like to use different colors to set the dates apart. Staples has a nice selection to choose from.

I was looking for a softer pastel pink that was darker than baby pink...well this paper was NOT pastel! It is a lot darker than shown and almost flourescent totally unusable.

I searched for peach and clicked on item that looked peach didn't notice the fine print said salmon until I received order I have lots of salmon already and wanted a lighter shade of peach
