The quality of the paper maker the printing clear and does not smuge. It makes the different color ink very bold.

Staples Pastels is fine paper but pricy.

For regular 20 lb paper with a dash of color added at nearly [$] per ream this paper is really too expensive. Will be looking for another source.

Best Kind of Paper for designers

To me this paper is very good for all character designers and toon drawers out there. This cream paper gives drawings a good old 1900's look.

We've been using this paper for a long time. The last package we opened seems to be lighter and our printer has been doubling up on sheets. It's a little annoying to have to pull out blanks from in between printed copies. Has your supplier/manufacturer changed. The package still says 20 lbs.
