I purchased this paper (with the help of staff) for the purpose of creating a four-sided program for an anniversary event. I created the template for the program on my laptop and brought it back to Staples for the print-job. I was then shocked to learn that the paper could not be used in Staple's printers because it was 20lb weight as opposed to the required 24lb. Who knew? Staff knew my intentions but they obviously didn't know their printer capacity! Why sell paper that doesn't work in your own printers??
