I took an original in for 250 copies. They were out of the paper weight I wanted but we found a slightly lighter weight paper that was acceptable. I paid before leaving and was told it would be ready the next day. Later on the same day I received an email that it was done and I could pick up. The next day I went to pick it up and there were three people ahead of me at the copy / print counter. After the first person was done I told the employee that I was just picking up a prepaid order. She replied that she would be with me when she finished with the people ahead of me. I did not want to cut in line but there should be a way to pick up a completed job that is already paid for without waiting for over 15 minutes while she helped other people submit their jobs.
