White packaging substandard

The white packaging for each ream of paper was ripped in the same places on each ream (sides) and in the same rip pattern suggesting that the white packaging ripped as a result of stress either in loading into the carton or in transit. Never had this problem with reams in red packaging which apparently is significantly stronger.

We use cases of the Staples copy paper weekly in our office with no complaints. No complaints in office of 150 people means a good product.

This paper is thinner than most copy paper but it not so thin you wouldn't want to use it. Considering it is cheaper than most other brands it is worth it especially if you have a coupon (which Staples is always sending out).
