The prouct is a good value with the rebate and in store coupon; however the rebate is difficult to do. Anymore it takes 5-10 attempts before your website will accept it even when it is put in correctly it may be a problem with your website since the first of the year. It would be nice if the store would automatically process the rebate for the customer as staples had suggested in one of its serveys. the good value would be even better if the customer did not have to be bothered with the online rebate process.

I got this paper 5 reams free with a coupon so of course it was a great deal. I am using it just for home printing needs and it is great no complaints here! If I was going to print a resume or something I might choose a thicker paper weight but for everyday uses this is just fine. I really like the Staples Rewards program because just about every week you can get something free and as I am a bargain shopper I am always on the lookout for free stuff. I was impressed with the quality of this paper even though I got it for free.
