I purchased two 8.5" X 11" copy paper 5-Ream Cases at Staples. Staples offered this item for free after sending in a rebate. Staples limited the purchase quantities to two per household. After bringing the paper home I filled out the very easy rebate receipt form. All I had to do is put the information needed of the rebate receipt then put it in the envelope and mail it. In a few weeks they sent me a Visa card with the total amount it would have normally cost to have bought the paper with out the rebate. This was a great deal for everyone!!

The paper is great the REBATE that came with it is not!! You have started a new program to replace the simple mailing of a check. The new "Gift Card" from VISA is unacceptable. There is a 3.00 charge per month is you not use it in the 1st 6 months and the procedures to use it are difficult. I will not again buy anything with this type of rebate.
