Great services products and free paper

I have been shopping at various staples personally and in business for many years. I have not ever had a problem at any level (products policies personnel) and usually have a better than great experience across the board. Additionally I have utilized the copying facilities personally and using store specialists and without fail every experience has been exceptional. I also brought my computer C(PU) in for a cleaning and speedup assessment. That also went exceptionally well. It was very inexpensive when compared to the same service at other regional and national retail establishments. SO in summary I am truly a Staples enthusiast and will continue to be one. Please leave this store open. I realize that Staples is making some consolidation moves and attempts to eliminate losing operations. I believe that this area in RI does need a Staples representation. Thanks John

Easier to carry and store!

Great idea to have half case lots. We are a small organization so a whole case takes up a lot of storage space and doesn't get used quickly. It is also easier for the people who do our shopping to lift and carry this smaller quantity. I used to have to get a sales associate to lift the cases and then transfer it to my car after purchase. When arriving back at the office I either had to find someone to help or else break open the case and make several trips to get the whole case out of the car and into the office storage. Thanks for this!

Can't beat the price

Used the "free" coupon and got the 5 ream case basically for free. I had to send in the rebate but it was easy to do right from the copy of the receipt that was sent to my e-mail. I've used this paper before and it works fine in my HP and Epson printers. A very good deal on everyday paper.

Slightly thicker than usual. A little creamier in color than I'm used to but it's a nice paper. Doesn't get stuck in the printer as often as some others I've tried.
