Staples 5 Ream Box of Copy Paper

Staples has great products and pricing and an understanding of the workplace. Typically copy paper has been sold in 10 ream boxes that weight 40 to 50 pounds. They are heavy and awkward to move and often difficult for staff to conveniently work with when delivered. Staples addresses this matter with a 5 ream package that is by far easier to handle for storage and use. Almost anyone can pick one of these up. Also more and more copiers have 3 or more drawers so this is a perfect size to refill a copier and have a ream or two left in the storage area.

Great copy paper

Our office has been using this paper for as long as I can remember. It works perfectly in our copy machine and our LaserJet printers. People actually commented when I switched beause the paper wasn't working properly. So this is the only paper we use!

I purchased 2 5 ream cases of paper because Staples ran a sale of $4.00 a case after the rebate. I have used many brands of paper and I find that the Staples band is just as good as any of the others. I have not had any paper jams in my Canon printer and the print quality is good at any of my printer settings. I would recommend this product to any one who needs general copy paper for their ink jet printers. I do not know how this paper will work in other printers but in my Canon printer I have not had any problems at all. Excellent product especially when Staples puts it on sale.

If you're on a budget this paper is worth getting. I haven't had any paper jams in my printer easy to write on and great for paper airplanes.

What a fantastic deal! This is why I love Staples. The Easy rebate was exactly that. It could not have been easier. No paper forms. I purchased four 5 ream boxes so I qualified for four rebates but I only had to enter once because it recognized from my receipt that I purchased four. When I purchased the paper I did not have the Staples app only iPhone but had rewards that I wanted to redeem. The young womb in the West Berlin NJ store could not have been more helpful in showing me what I needed to do. She really went out of her way and was so pleasant at the same time. Rare customer service these days for sure. When you experience it you notice because it does not happen often!

This is a great paper for the price use it a lot for presentations and colors are sharp and pop off the page. Always available at our store. Highly recommend! There is always a sale or a buy 2 get 1 free. I have been using this brand for 20 years and will continue.

Paper is great. No problems using in our copy machine or printer. I'm happy for the amount of paper we received in the case. Also enjoy I was offered help to carry it to my car. I was also happy with the cost of the paper.
