We have used Staples copy paper in our office for over five years and are pleased with its performance in the copiers. It is comparable to the top name brands. The light paper packaging does not always hold up during shipping and unpacking of the case to store on shelves. The light design of the package for this paper sometimes damages the paper inside by folding and curling of corners. In some cases the humidity will cause the paper to jam in the copier although a rare occurrence.

Store lowered their price to match the online price and I used a discount coupon to knock more off the price so I got a better value buying elsewhere. I mainly use it to print client documents and quality is good.

Affordable without loosing the Qaulity

I use the Staples Brand Copy Paper at both of my work sites. The quality of the paper is great and it is very affordable. I have tried other bands before that are in the same price range of the Staples Copy Paper Brand but the quality of the other bands are not as good as the Staples Copy Paper. I would recommend Staples Brand of Copy Paper before I would recommend any other brand. They have great deals on the paper and since I have used Staples Copy Paper I would not switch to any other brand.

Staples Copy Paper is the only paper I have bought for letters forms contracts legal papers copies etc. It is as good as any paper I have ever used for formal and informal letters and such. It is nice to be able to send out letters to donors and other recipients without being embarrassed of the quality of the product being mailed out. We use this paper for our children's projects as well... artwork drawing planning etc. Buying paper in bulk quantity like this also helps us keep our costs down to minmal which is what most of us nonprofits continue to look for.

GOOD QUALITY AND GOOD PRICES. THEY ALWAYS ON SPECIAL. THEY ARE GOOD FOR COPIES AND GOOD PAPER TO DO ANYTHING. THE EMPTY BOX YOU COULD USED FOR FILING OR PACKAGING STUFF IN IT ANYTHING YOU WANTS TO DO WITH IT. I RECOMMENDED TO ANYBODY. EVEN IS THE STORE BRAND IS GOOD.
