Manager Dave not helpful would not accept return of two day use of my ink cartridage. My printer drum went bad 2 days after buying it. I wanted to purchase a new printer as the drum was so expensive. Very Unhappy.

when purchasing copy paper for every day jobs I always buy Staples Copy Paper. NEVER have I experienced any problems with using Great product as always
