Manager Dave not helpful would not accept return of two day use of my ink cartridage. My printer drum went bad 2 days after buying it. I wanted to purchase a new printer as the drum was so expensive. Very Unhappy.

Not for the bottom of the birdcage!

Purchasing small packages of copy paper at the dollar store was "handy" and the quality was middle of the road. It was usually acceptable for what we do. When near a Staples we decided visit to compare their copy paper to what was our standby and were pleasantly surprised by the savings! We purchased a 500 count package and put it to the test in our older copier as soon as we returned! Ran through smooth as silk! No jam ups! Good looking copies! No creases wrinkles or folds in the stock!
