Good product wanted to buy an advertised special but it was only available online and shipped. The product I bought was a little more expensive but I needed it. Just too bad a special came along a few days later.
The value for [$] a ream in these hard economic times really helped support my classroom supply.

Rebate and Customer Service

Best thing about the products was the rebate. The product was fine and it appears to be of good quality. The bad news and maybe I am incorrect but it seemed like because I was buying a rebate product the associate (I believe the Asst Manager) was not extremely helpful. I had to ask where to find the product more than once. If she simply walked me to the product it would have made my experience far better and encouraged me to come back. There was also a glitch at the cash register paying with my credit card I believe because of the rebate. I had to slide my card 3 times.
