Staples recycled ink cartridges for Brother printers using LC51 cartridge

The cartridges fit the printer. It took several tries to get the printer to recognize it was inserted. I have had the same experience with Brother Cartridges.. Once inserted the printer did work as expected. They cartridges are definitely cheaper than the Brother ones. I see it as a good option when you need a cartridge so you can continue to print in black.
