I don't like your format pertaining to the redemption of cartridges. I've bought some redeemed some and I have never received any kind of communication from Staples. I patronize your store because of the convenience.

I was looking for the perfect paper for the portable vintage typewriter I bought my granddaughter. This has a slightly matte finish which is perfect to absorb the ink and not smear it.

The supply was across the store from other paper products including folders and envelopes and I had to ask where it was. Annoying to roam around looking for it among other paper products before asking an employee and learning it was located on the opposite store and rear of the store.
