Glad you asked! So I ordered a few items for pickup locally. The first ream came up as not at my store but you would send it over. I canceled the ream and add a different one same thing I added the 3rd one an I believed it was all going to be ready for same day pick up. Low and behold no. I needed the ink desperately so I went and picked up that and the other items. Worked fine friendly staff etc. 2 days later I went back for the paper and also bought a couple of other items. When the assistant gave me the ream of paper in a paper bag it looked like one end of the ream had been torn open and the other end just open pretty beat up. I probably wouldn't have handed the customer that ream and in fact she probably should have noticed it was damaged and said to me oh I'll get you a different one! Just a cheap ream of paper something that you guys stock a zillion different kinds of etc etc. I was just surprised been a customer for 25 years business and personal.
