We use a lot of paper well a little less no but Staples paper doesn't get jammed in the printer so we have less to worry about.

good in-house copy paper

Perfect paper for in-house work. A bit too thin for my taste to send to clients. Maybe all 20LB papers are the same.

Paper is fine for home use although Staples needs to have price match website as I was over charged by $2.13 (with tax) so just beware.
