I got this because I was e-mailed a coupon for a free package---boy was I dissappointed!!!! When I got to Staples they said I had to buy it first and then submit a rebate for the refund!! Another lady left and said "How frustrating! I won't get it just because it is a rebate and not picking up a free package--false advertising in her opionion!" I would have just left as well except that it was a 20 mile drive and I didn't want to waste the gas--next time tell us in writing that it is a rebate offer and not come in and get your free item!!!!!!!!
