I had to contact customer service prior to my purchase and my concern was handled with the utmost care and respect. I was going to purchase my item elsewhere but thanks to the customer service I received I decided to do business with Staples. It wasn't an expensive purchase but I definitely was treated well. The paper was delivered extremely quickly and was right-on-time. It was definitely just what I needed. Great customer service + fast shipping + a good product + a good deal = a winner in my book!
