You can tell from packaging that it is not of highest quality. It seems someone manually put the 500 sheets together and wrapped in a nice cover.

Can't beat the price...it was free after easy rebate. However it has been over 2 weeks since purchase and they are still verifying the purchase for rebate purposes.
