I received an offer email from Staples for a third case of paper free if I would buy two. Also a further discount of $30 with a coupon code. I was having difficulty understanding how to get the third case free and engaged in a chat session. The CSR was great and assured me that everything would work out. My question was "Is the third case shipped automatically?" I was able to put in the coupon code and received the $30 discount which was great. However upon receiving my shipment there were only two cases. I sent an email to customer service and included the chat log. I offered to go and pick up the case from a local store to save them shipping and other hassles if they would tell me what I needed to do it... Crickets.... no response. I'm sure that I missed something but that was the point of my chat conversation. Meanwhile I'm feeling bad about being shorted a case from the offer and no response from Staples.

We place all of our office supply orders with Staples. Shipping is always very fast usually within one to two days. The product most frequently ordered for our office is copy paper. We usually order cases of the 8-1/2" x 11" and occasionally order 8-1/2" x 14" legal size paper. The cost is always reasonable and the paper works great in our copier. Our orders also include copier toner printer ink pens and markers. If we ever have a problem with an order customer service is always friendly and very helpful.
