Poor Delivery Service

I ordered four items. Three were delivered as promised on the website. The order for the case of paper was delayed repeatedly. Staples then made a reorder again delays until weeks later the case of paper arrived. Staples should be emabarassed at their ineptitude to deliver a simple case of paper.
