This is the only copy paper we purchase. We have an older Xerox copier and have tried other paper staples brands and numerous others with no success. The copier is very finicky it only functions on the Staples brand copy paper (red box) Other paper jams continuously throughout the entire machine.

Staples is the best place to order paper online. Website is very user friendly. Applying the coupons is also very easy. It gets delivered right in time to office. There are always deals coming up online so u can apply 2-3 coupons and that's a deal even on the sale price. It's very easy to track your shipment on line. Payment is just a click away as I have all the info prefilled on staples website on my laptop and its a very secured site. Delivery is prompt free if u buy the required minimum account. Paper boxes r heavy and I get them delivered right inside my office so no need to lift anything. I would say once you have signed up with Staples on line it's just so easy to order.

PER REAM EVERY 5 TO 6 OF SOME PAPER IS A LOT OF SHORTER THAT THE REGULAR 8 1/2" X 11". WE PRINTED BOOKS USING THIS PAPER THAT'S WHY WE RECOGNIZE IT. STAPLES EXCHANGE THE BOX BUT STILL THE SAME. STAPLES NEED TO CHECK THIS AND TO THE PEOPLE ALSO WHO PLAN TO BUY THIS PAPER CHECK IT !!!! BOOOGUZZZ!!!
