Is price worth it?

I have bought 4 packages in a few weeks. One ream was bent and one was completely wrinkled. I returned it and they were nice enough to give me a new ream. Is the price worth it if packaging is plastic and will not protect the paper.

Tru Red Copy Paper makes excellent copies of Reports and Minutes. It is light enough to not be bulky when using a number of sheets.
