Staples Paper - A Good Buy??

We routinely purchase "Staples® Copy Paper LETTER-Size 92/104 US/Euro Brightness 20 lb. 8 1/2" x 11" 5 000 Sheets/Ct" online and find the process quite efficient and reliable. As long as I place my order before my daily afternoon cut-off I have always received my delivery the following day. The pricing is competitive which is always important in today's cost-cutting environment but the biggest key is knowing that I'll have my order the following day.

I don't see any difference in this paper versus the more expensive brand names.

We just ordered another 10 ream carton but the new paper is thinner than our previous batch. It feels more like newspaper and is noticeably less white. I thought maybe we ordered the wrong kind this time around but I double checked and it's the same listing we've been buying for years. Sad to see the quality go down.

Excellent Paper Product

I am the Unit Commander for the Richland County Young Marines in Mansfield OH and I am constantly shopping with Staples for office supplies...especially ink & toner. That seems to be a constant shopping trip for those alone. We always get our paper (Staples brand usually) from local store or online and it works wonderfully in all of our copiers and printers that we use for the Unit. Some paper jams and so on...but we have never had a problem with the Staples brand paper at all. We will continue to purchase this product along with all of the other items on our continuous shopping list... Thank You for such great service and awesome products!
