Occasional problems in our copier

Occasionally the paper will catch (fold an edge on 2-sided copying) and then the print is at the wrong angle on the page even to the point of running off the page. Sometimes a narrow vertical line (1/4" or so space) appears where the toner did not fuse. We've had the machine checked and it clearly is the paper not the machine.

As always our delivery came quickly and was filled correctly. As a side note Staples paper is great. We have used other brands of same or higher quality and they seem to jam the printers. Staples paper has nice texture and never jams the machines. It is always my choice when purchasing paper.
