we were expecting that this product would come with a sizable rebate but we haven't received any information via e-mail as promised by Staples?????

Convenient to Carry

This five ream case is convenient for me. I bought two of them for my church. I'm not able to carry a full ten ream case. The secretary tells me it ran better in our copier than another paper brand she had. This is 20# paper which is economical and good enough for most of what we copy. Some of what we do needs a heavier paper.
