It's paper. It works and has not jammed in my printer. I use a laser printer and it works quite well.

Good paper but delivery questionable

Good quality paper for inkjet printers UPS Delivered paper on schedule but each ream was torn open - most likely rough handling during delivery or shipped in this condition. Hard to know.
