This is a really good product in an apparently flimsy wrapper. First the good: Every single time I've ever had this paper jam in the machine there's been something wrong with the machine. I've never had this paper just jam up for no reason. That's very good. The paper in the ream is very consistent. Many times when you buy paper on sale or at a bargain price there are 3-4 different kinds of paper in the ream. Almost like the manufacturer is using all the leftovers in the bargain reams. This paper is always the same. And that's very good. Now the not-so-good: I buy this paper by the case. Most of the time when I pull the reams out of the case the wrappers on the individual reams are torn someplace. Usually not large tears that would make the wrapper useless for storage but tears nevertheless. It's annoying enough that it cost you a star but not annoying enough to make me buy another brand of paper. I have noticed that the individual reams on sale in the store don't ever seem to be torn. I don't know whether there's something in the process of packing the reams into the case or whether they're deliberately putting reams with torn wrappers into the cases but either way it might be a good idea to check out why so many reams in the case have tears in the wrappers. And by the way this doesn't seem to happen on letter or legal size paper just ledger size.
This paper works so well in our printers I have used it for years and have had no problems with its quality. My only complaint is when the price goes up.
