Great Purchase / Great Value

The Staples 8.5" x 11" Copy Paper 5-Ream Case is an absolute steal of a deal. With the rebate being offered by Staples the purchase ended up being free. For anyone who needs to print a lot of documents or has a passion for creative writing you can never have enough paper on hand. I bought 2 cases of paper that I know will last me for a very long time. The quality is very good and it makes very nice copies on my printer. I am very satisfied with my purchase and would have no problem recommending this product.

Excellent quality!

I own a medical transcription company and I do a lot of printing. I've used the Staples brand of copy paper for years and I'm very impressed with the quality. I believe it's every bit as good as Hammermill. As a matter of fact I recently bought a case of Hammermill just to do a comparison study. I could tell no difference between the two OTHER THAN PRICE! I'll stick with the Staples brand.

It May Only Be Paper -----but

It May Only Be Paper ---but The copy really stands out because of the brightness of this paper. I have used many different brands of paper in my business and the quality and cost effectiveness of this Staples copy paper really pays off. Although it is sold as a copy paper it shows quality when running through my high speed laser printer turning out page after page of flawless easy to read booklets and flyers without ever causing a jam in the printer as other brands that I have used had. You should consider this excellent paper if you are copying faxing or printing a little or a lot of copy.

Excellent for laser deskjet and fax

I have used this paper in both my laser printer and my very old deskjet. The paper feeds 100% reliably. The quality of the printing for both text and graphics is excellent. I gave two reams to a friend to use in his plain-paper fax machine. He reports that he is also 100% satisfied with the paper. I have a very minor concern not about the paper but about the packaging of the individual reams. The packaging is not too sturdy and splits at the edges so I wonder how well the paper is protected from humidity if it is stored for a long time. I will definitely continue to use this paper in spite of the packaging.
