Staples® 8.5" x 11" Copy Paper 5-Ream Case is very good to use in copying machines. Our office still makes old fashion copies to be distributed to soldiers coming into the Washington DC area. We print off 2000 plus copies of different handbooks base maps and information to make their family transitions into the area comfortable. We are very thankful to Staples to regularly have this paper on sale. Our copier has not had any problems with the paper sticking. Our volunteers and staff thank you.

Better quality than I expected

This was the first time I purchased Staples brand copy paper. I usually pay more for name brands because I am always concerned about quality. Whatever it is that I am copying or printing is important to me. But the offer - coupon and rebate - made this opportunity too good to pass up. And I'm really glad I took the chance! There's no reason for me to spend more to get a name brand. This Staples product does the job - just as well.

Staples Copy Paper is Awesome

I would like to thank Staples for an outstanding product. The National Stop the Violence Alliance Inc. uses this product for all of our copy and printing need. I love the quality of the paper and it is affordable. When you are a not for profit organization with limited funds but a whole lot of information to send or give this is right for you. This organization visits Staples at least once a week for different products and this is one import as aspect of our shopping is good quality paper. I appreciate this paper better than the name brand. This is because you can not tell the difference is quality but you can tell the difference in price. We do thank Staple for being here for so long and for caring for your customers. You are excellent. I do hope this information is helpful

About a year ago I was completely done with Staples. I found customer service rude anytime I would try to call and ask a question they were completely 'uncustomer service'. I found their products lacking and our customer service rep unwilling or unable to stand behind their products. I remember ordering paper last year and having nothing but trouble with jams and misfeeds. All complaints fell on deaf ears. During recent months Staples have gone above and beyond to win my buisness back. They have provided incentives to come back and I am glad we did. We just received this case of paper almost all used and not one jam or misfeed. I recommend this to everyone.
