I usually buy Staples copy paper without taking part in a rebate program. Getting a rebate back from Staples is too time consuming. Example: a $2.00 rebate takes over a month to receive when it should be taken off at the register with my rewards card. That's probably why Staples is having problems and has to close some stores the customer has to work to save money.

I have been purchasing this copy paper for over three years now and love it. Being a volunteer non profit organization I find this is the right choice for us.

I usually buy 6 boxes at a time. I love the service - next day delivery. I have found no matter what I order from Staples it is delivered the next day and quite efficiently. Drivers are helpful and polite. Recently I had to return an item. Instructions were clear and concise which made it easy to return. I will continue to buy from Staples even though other vendors have tried to get my business.

The paper is of good quality and good sales are often available. I purchased 2 boxes and the third box was free.

Efficient and Economical

I tend to go through about 500 sheets in a week running my insurance agency. It is a challenge to carry a full case of 10 reems up to my office so this half a case is much more managable. I enjoy shopping at Staples so having to go back every five weeks to get more paper is not a bad thing. I know I could order paper on line and have it delivered for free but I tend to forget how close I am to being out and end up having to get some at a short notice. The quality of this economy Staples paper is outstanding. I never have a jamming problem. For for my purposes this quality is excellent. John
