This is perfect for my small office. We got through a lot of paper but not so much to buy by the box. I like how little space this takes up. Plus this has a great rebate on it sometimes. Look for it.

I work in a school and have been ordering paper for many years and I have encountered paper that jams easily tears easily and warps in humid weather. We go through A LOT of paper and I needed to find a quality paper that is tougher than what I have been using in the past. I saw a sale on Staples paper and decided to give it a try. I was very happy with the results and stopped buying my paper from the other large ordering store. With Staples I order online and in most cases get next day delivery. I also receive an email confirming delivery. I also want to mention that Staples is great at making sure when it says 'in stock' it IS in stock and I've rarely had to wait for back orders. Staples is definitely the store to use!!

This is the paper I use all the time in my office as I can normally get it for a much better value than other brands. We go through a high volume here so most of the time I order 5 cases at a time and store it until needed. I have never had any problem with it jamming up in my printers. I also normally do not get as many paper cuts with this brand as some others. It is compatible with laser or inkjet printers so I can just buy one brand of paper and supply the whole office. This is important as I have some people in my office who have a favorite printer they want to keep.

We like the 5 ream packaging. For the amount of paper we are currently using this is a sufficient amount of paper to last @ 6mo's.
