I do a lot of inhouse printing for my company. This product more than meets the standard for our finished product. It is consistent bright and works just fine with all of the printers in use whether they are inkjet or laser. The weight keeps my postage to a minimum and the deals for case purchases keep my promotional budget from exploding. I have a hard time telling the difference between this Staples copy paper and any of the brand names. It is also available for deliver to my office with one business days' notice which is very much appreciated as time is always money. I will continue to use this paper as my main printer paper for all of the office machines.

Staples Copy Paper

I much prefer the 28# 96 bright white paper...who wouldn't? However with the cost of paper rising like helium I have to try to keep costs down. Staples paper and specials on their paper allows me to do this. In 2004 I could get a case of paper without a special for around $20. Today it is over $50. I watch Staples specials like a hawk and take advantage of the paper products when I can. I love Staples!

WE HAVE USED OTHER BRANDS INCLUDING HAMMERMILL AND HAVE FOUND THAT SOME CAUSE JAMS AND AREN'T WORTH THE EXTRA COST. THEREFORE WE WILL CONTINE TO USE THE STAPLES BRAND. OF COURSE I LOVE IT WHEN IT IS ON SPECIAL!

We purchase a large amount of paper for church printing purposes I like the 5 ream selection since it was easy for me to pick up and carry I cannot do that with the 10 ream box.

Easier than a full case

I love getting paper this way. It is easier to carry than a full case of paper. there is always a rebate associated with purchasing paper this way as well. Win win!

Great Copy Paper

This 5-ream case of Staples copy paper is a great bargain. It is a copy paper that serves best one-sided copying needs. There is a bit of "see through" from the backside when you try to do two-sided copying. But for one-sided copying it's a great product. And when it is on sale as often it is it is a real bargain. I use it for all my personal copying needs. And I use it for all my copying at the seminary where I teach. Most of my student handouts are on Staples 8.5" x 11" Copy Paper. Its crisp white color assures a good contrast with whatever it is that I copy. Highly recommended!
