We have a small church office and try to be very conscious of our budget when ordering. We have been using Staples Copy paper for quite sometime. It is very versatile and we have no problems running it in our machines. The price is very competitive and many times we are able to take advantage of the special deals particularly the buy one get one. It is easy to order; and we like the convenience of being able to pickup our orders at the local store since we only have limited office hours during the week.

Staples Copy Paper

This product is very affordable compared to the other products on the shelf. The quality is really great. I have tried some of the more expensive copy papers on the shelf and have noticed very little to no difference in print quality. It is nice that i can buy one pack at a time and also have the ability to save some money by purchasing a whole case. It works very well in my hp Officejet printer and it has never jammed on me. It is a nice clean bright white paper that is very sturdy with a nice thickness.

Excellent Paper at a Great Price

we use this paper for a number of different things around our office and it always performs well for us. We have a full-size copier as well as 5 desktop printers including several laser printers and ink-jet too. Some of our work for various presentations is printed double-sided which can be a challenge if the paper is of poor quality. The Staples branded paper holds up well even when printed on two sides. There is virtually no bleed through of colors or black text and the paper goes through the various machines without jamming. a very good paper at an terrific price.

Affordable Legal Size Paper

I teach middle school literature and use legal size paper for a number of projects. The school doesn't stock it so I appreciate reasonably priced reams.

Staples 5-ream case Letter copy paper

This is so much better than a standard 10-ream case. I can carry this myself! With no help. The paper quality is normal. Brightness is fine for my everyday printing. Have not tried to do a full saturation print yet. Will find out when Mother wants to convert a great-granddaughter's picture to paper from an download. I got this with a huge rebate. Brought the cost down to about 3-cents each page. Since I was about out of paper the sale timing was great. I have always found Staples copy paper to be good quality. If it was not any good I would not buy it; sale or no sale. Almost forgot. They reset the store I could not find it. A Staples employee went hunting for the paper and brought a case to me. Thanks.
