I always use Staples brand copy paper because you can't beat the price for the quality you receive.

It's paper as long as you get brite white they are all the same for business use. Watch out for recycled paper. It might be a cost saver or good for the environment but it is usually very dull or yellow and will never impress a client.

What do I do with my Bonus rewards? buy Paper for my two HP printers. I still have two reams if it left! It will last for a long time. NO printer or paper jam-free It is how you handle the paper befor you put into the trays or rack! The prnter descrives what you do to make a nice perfect aligned stack. I have my own method I learned by the old IBM punched cards.It works flawlessly. Double sided is more tricky that prints on one side at a time the paper gets dog-eared rendering it not a good idea to send it in twice!
