The ream of Tru Red copy paper I ordered came in a box with four or five other items. They were loosely packed in a box that could have contained much more "stuff." The person in charge of packing them simply tossed the various items into the box and added no fillers to keep things from knocking about during transit. As a result by the time the paper arrived on my doorstep the cover holding the 500 individual sheets in place had given way and my paper had spread here and there. It is usable but I would expect more care in shipping.
